Angela Christine Watson [n e 12 November 1975] is an American actor and model who is best famous for her character Karen Foster in Step by Step. Suzanne Somers played Carol Foster Lambert, one of her daughters. Angela Watson is National Board Certified and has a degree in Curriculum Education, Instruction. It is a national Board Certified teacher with over 11 years of teaching experience in the classroom. Angela began this site in 2003 when she was still teaching. Her aim was to motivate educators by providing useful ideas for their classrooms and to help them develop a positive attitude. The website was initially titled Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for Teachers until 2008 which was the year it changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers after the publication of her first book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek program is utilized by more than 45,000 schools in order to increase efficiency. Initially designed for educators, 40 Hour later was expanded in order to encompass instructional coaches, as well as administrative personnel. It helps teachers be more deliberate with their contractual teaching and time so that they can concentrate on what matters.
