The media has dubbed Allison Howell Williams a terror queen due to her role in horror films. Her debut role was Marnie in the comedy-drama series HBO's Girls (2012-17), for which she won an award from the Critics' Choice Award. She made her breakthrough with the character of Rose Armitage, in the film of the same name, Get Out (2017). It brought her MTV Movie Awards nominations and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
